Practice then a Quiz Tuesday on all the classes of macromolecules
What ever you did not do well on the first two quizzes, study it, but Mondays quiz will include Nucleic acids as well. Carbs, lipids, nucleic acids, proteins, types and functions of proteins, levels of structure in proteins, putting polymers together and taking them apart.
Macromolecule organization challenge - for practice all students will help to organize macromolecule categories and subcategories for various molecules. Hint Place one type (ex lipids) on a table and move all the papers about lipids to that table and then arrange them to make sense considering structure, property and function. Break out into 4 groups and when done look for errors in other groups work and readjust. Use the book to check out the answer, keep working until there a 4 tables each with information properly organized about each biomolecule category. When you are done. Stack the papers neatly according to categories and sub categories so I can see if your solution was right.
Protein function- organize into proper order according to structure, function and properties.
