I am posting the ppt's from Foglia page. We are doing the DNA gel electrophoresis lab. Know what the principles are that make this work. Study this weekend the material we went over in class and the material in the ppt's. There is a test after we finish the lab, sometime Wed or thursday on the biotech portion of the curriculum we covered.
