I will not be in tomorrow, but there is plenty to do. Tonight think about how you would design a lab for tomorrow, think about what you might bring to class. AIn the back of the room I have the six containers that have Various concentrations of sucrose that we used in the last potato lab. I put food coloring in them so I can tell them apart. Only I have the key. After you get the class data tomorrow, do an experiment to determine the order of the containers from high to low concentration. Do not taste or heat them. You might want to bring in a potato, or other vegetable. You can try using dialysis material, I cut and soaked many pieces for you. the only retriction is it must use diffusion and osmosis to determine the concentrations.
