There will be a review of Ps on Thursday. Friday we will compare CR and Ps. Monday is a lab on Ps using leaf discs. There will also be a chromatography lab on the separation of pigments from spinach leaves. Lab bench main lab 4 is about both labs. You should have completed all the labs up until now including the Genetics lab. All you have to present is the corn single and double trait, and the f1 generation of the flies with the white eyed sex linked trait. It will be too long to wait for the F2 so just give and explantion and a hypothesis. Make sure to show the punnett squares to support your hypotheses. Actual offspring phenotypic numbers need to be analysed by Chi square analysis to support or not support the hypothesis of what each parental cross and which form of inheritance it exhibits.
I will be grading labs next Thursday, so have them completed, including the Photosynthesis lab.
There will be a test on Tuesday on Energy management, ATP, CR and Ps. There will be a study session on Monday afternoon 2-3:30 pm.
